International (outside of the US) Shipping

We ship almost anywhere outside the US for one flat rate - $17.10

At this time we DO NOT ship to Spain, Nigeria, Malaysia, Africa, or Venezuela yet.

Shipping conditions

All orders are immediately processed and usually shipped the next business day; however, all orders are to be shipped from the USA within 5 business days.

Insurance

We do not offer shipping insurance; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely. If for some reason the order is damaged, we will gladly replace it. Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 14 business days. If an order is lost (US Packages Only), we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received, will be confirmed only after 30 business days.

Lost International (outside of the US) Packages

We cannot guarantee delivery of international orders. If for some reason your international order does not reach its destination within 35 business days, we will file a lost package claim through the USPS; however, it can take up to 3 months for the investigation to be complete. We will also send you a confirmation receipt from the post office proving that your order was indeed shipped. Re-shipment of international lost packages is at the buyers’ own risk.
